Bret has been handling all of my real estate needs for a number of years. When I was a landlord he would let me know of any changes in the rental market so I could adjust the rent I would ask. I have known Bret Williamson since about 2018. He helped me with a house that I had under contract in 2019 but did not end up buying. He helped me again with purchasing a house in 2023. He has shown me multiple properties in the meantime. He is reliable, takes his job seriously, comes prepared, is honest, and does his job well. He provides resources on the Killington area such as lawyers, contractors, cleaners, etc. I am very happy with Bret's real estate broker services and would highly recommend him.
